We are leading an exciting Vice President of People & Culture search for Advocates for Human Potential, Inc. (“AHP” www.ahpnet.com). Based in Sudbury, MA, this mission-driven organization has been dedicated to improving behavioral health and human service systems since 1986. AHP helps organizations and individuals reach their full potential through professional consulting; research, evaluation, and data analytics; technical assistance and training; and virtual solutions, publications, and events. This is an exciting time to join AHP! Under the new CEO, AHP is embarking on transformative change that requires a more progressive and holistic approach to managing people and culture. In this newly created role, the Vice President will be highly visible and have a significant impact on the employee experience while supporting the Company’s aggressive growth plan.

Key priorities include:

Serve as a strategic partner to the Company’s Executive Leadership Team.

Be a key driver in shaping AHP’s success by implementing transformative Human Resources strategies, fostering diversity and inclusion, and creating an environment where employees thrive and contribute to the Company's success.

Reporting directly to the CEO, lead a team of three direct reports (Director of Human Resources, Director of DEI, and Director of L&D) and approximately ten total team members.

Set the tone and promote a positive, collaborative, and inclusive culture throughout the Organization.

The successful candidate will bring:

A minimum of fifteen years of well-rounded and progressive Human Resources leadership experience, including proven management, talent acquisition, employee engagement, talent management, L&D, DEI, and compensation & benefits experience (or equivalent).

A demonstrated track record of success as a strategic partner to executive management in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Proven success implementing complex Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) and developing comprehensive salary structures and career ladders across a growing organization.

Exceptional leadership, management, communication, change management, and strategic planning skills.
