Workers Compensation Associate Attorney

Job Overview: A law firm is seeking a dedicated Workers' Compensation Associate Attorney to join its team in Wilmington, DE. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and litigating a diverse range of workers’ compensation claims, involving high-exposure cases and complex litigation matters. Strong analytical, writing, research, and communication skills are essential for this role.Duties:Manage and litigate a variety of workers’ compensation claims.Handle high-exposure cases and complex litigation matters related to workers' compensation.Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies.Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal correspondence.Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and other legal proceedings.Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners on case management and strategy.Requirements:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Admitted to the Delaware State Bar or ability to gain admission promptly.1-4 years of litigation experience, preferably with a focus on workers’ compensation.Strong understanding of Delaware workers’ compensation laws and regulations.Excellent analytical, writing, research, and communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.Education:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications (Preferred):Admission to the Delaware State Bar.Skills:Legal research and analysis.Case management.Legal writing.Communication.Client representation.Collaboration and teamwork.Time management.Company infoBCG Attorney Search125 Park Avenue, 25th floorNew YorkNew YorkUnited States 10017Phone :
