Our vibrant Miami office seeks a talented Associate with 3+ years of civil or commercial litigation experience, preferredYour Day-to-Day:Draft/review and respond to substantive pleadings, motions, and discoveryAttend/chair hearings, depositions, mediations, and meetings with clients, as well as negotiate settlementsAssist with trial preparation and/or attend trial.Must be competent & proficient in the use of Word, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint & ExcelCommunicate in a highly effective manner with team members and clientsAbility to work in a fast-paced, evolving environmentPrevious experience in civil and commercial litigation is
