Engineering Manager

will play a pivotal role in shaping the technical direction of our organization. With a focus on innovation, efficiency, and excellence, you will lead our technical initiatives to drive the continued success and growth of our business.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Develop and execute technical roadmaps, incorporating emerging technologies and best practices to drive innovation and competitive advantage.Lead the design and architecture of scalable, reliable, and secure software solutions that meet the needs of our clients and stakeholders.Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of software development projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget, and quality standards.Drive the adoption of emerging technologies and industry best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of software development processes.Identify and mitigate risks and dependencies that may impact project delivery or software quality, developing contingency plans and escalating issues as needed.Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, providing technical guidance and expertise to the team.QUALIFICATIONS:8+ years of experience in software development, with 3 years in a technical leadership role.Proven track record of designing and delivering complex, scalable software solutions.Technical experience with Gateway and Payment networks required.Strong technical expertise in one or more programming languages, frameworks, and technology stacks.Experience with cloud computing platforms and modern DevOps practices.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and lead teams through change and ambiguity.Experience in the Fintech industry is a plus.SALARY:This role includes quarterly profit-sharing bonuses as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, dental, retirement planning, and/or other benefits.Base salary range: $128,000 - $176,500Salary including quarterly profit-sharing bonus and comprehensive benefits program range (annualized): $161,325 - $219,525LOCATION:This role requires the employee to work onsite at our Anaheim Hills location.WHY WORK HERE?Awarded Top Workplace of Orange County by the OC Register!Flex PTO!New state-of-the-art, open-concept facility with stand-up desks, balance boards, stationary bikes and more!Work hard, play hard culture!Monthly Beer Socials and BBQs!Proven "promote from within" mentality!Benefit offerings:
