The

Relationship Manager I

will be a key member of a Payments Operations team, working alongside underwriting, risk and product teams to execute and support our global payments strategy.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Works closely with Partner Relations to facilitate and foster new relationships, perform training, provide materials, and assist with submissions.

Develops and nurtures internal and external relationships.

Responds quickly with accurate information or follow-up expectations.

Proactively understands needs and concerns of merchants and agents.

Lives our vision and deepens relationships by championing accounts and relationships through the on-boarding process.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Excellent communication and relationship building skills.

Strong organizational skills and proficiency using CRM software.

Excellent problem solving abilities and strong analytical skills.

Ability to work cross-functionally with internal operations.

Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.

Financial aptitude to understand and explain product/services features and pricing.

Customer-centric mindset, proactive, and ability to work collaboratively.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

2-5 years of experience in customer service, account management or customer relationship management.

Experience managing and growing client relationships.

Experience working in cross-functional teams.

Experience in the payments industry a plus!

SALARY:

Base salary range: $50,000 - $60,000 + Commission.
