A law firm in Raleigh, NC, is seeking a motivated General Liability Defense Attorney to join their team. The role involves managing litigation cases with a focus on defending clients in general liability matters.Duties and Responsibilities:Handle all phases of litigation from case inception through trial, including drafting pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and responses.Conduct legal research and provide timely legal analysis on various issues related to general liability defense.Represent clients at court hearings, depositions, mediations, and arbitrations.Develop and execute case strategies to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.Communicate effectively with clients, witnesses, experts, and internal team members.Collaborate with paralegals and support staff to ensure efficient case management and client service.Requirements:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Active Bar membership in good standing in North Carolina.Should have experience practicing law with a focus on general liability defense.Strong litigation skills and experience handling complex cases independently.Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.Superior written and verbal communication skills.
