OUR ROLE
PSL is hiring a Senior Visual Designer with experience in branding, web, and packaging design. At PSL, you'll use a broad set of design disciplines to brand new businesses with world-class founders. We are looking for an exceptional Senior Visual Designer, who can drive brand identity and systems, messaging, marketing collateral, pitch decks, and swag collateral for a wide variety of businesses. You will collaborate with both the PSL core team as well as PSL spinout founders working to build the next generation of Pacific Northwest companies, from the ground up.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Ideate, Validate, and CreateParticipate in new company creation ideation sessionsCollaborate with the core team member on new concept developmentTalk to customers and synthesize VOC learnings to help drive concept affinityBuild test brands and look at data through the lens of our validation frameworkDeliver creative advertising messing to test value props resonance with customersBrand Development
Participate in early-stage brand workshops including naming, brand attribute definition, and voiceCreate mood boards and brand identity options that reflect brand valuesCreate, extend and apply brand identities across product and marketing channelsWork with core team members and key stakeholders in the execution of key business design needsHelp founders hone their mission, vision, and valuesCreate brand books, style guides, and documentation to communicate the brand system and messaging foundation and their future teamMarketing Deliverables
Drive brochure marketing website design and development in webflowCreate unique marketing swag from t-shirts to business cardsBuild decks with CEOs to visually communicate their companies values to investors and new hiresWork with the go-to-market team on conversion funnel design and marketing messagingContribute to the PSL brand, website, and company social media presenceProduct Design
Participate in the voice of customer interviews to inform the brand valuesWork iteratively on initial concepts, prototypes, and details designs informed by user research, marketplace and behavior trends, and your best ideasConcept and design prototypes that will deliver a magical experienceTranslate brand tenets into elegant user interface designDrive the communication of design guidelines and patterns to ensure a consistent, intuitive experience across digital productsWHO YOU ARE

Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as the candidate's relevant experience, qualifications, education, skill level, competencies and work location. In addition, this position is eligible for an equity grant.
