A law firm is seeking a Senior Litigation Attorney for its San Diego, CA, location.Job Overview: The Senior Litigation Attorney will manage a diverse caseload, represent clients in various litigation matters, and provide strategic legal advice. They will collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals to achieve successful client outcomes.Duties:Manage and oversee a diverse caseload of litigation matters.Conduct legal research and analysis to develop case strategies.Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.Represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings, trials, and mediations.Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients.Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on litigation matters.Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals on case strategy and execution.Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and documentation.Requirements:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the State Bar of California and in good standing.Litigation experience, preferably in a law firm setting.Proven track record of successfully managing complex litigation matters.Strong oral and written communication skills.Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Demonstrated commitment to professionalism, integrity, and client service.Small book of portable business desirable.Education and Certifications:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the State Bar of California and in good standing.Skills:Litigation strategy and case management.Legal research and analysis.Drafting legal documents and pleadings.Courtroom advocacy and litigation representation.Negotiation and settlement skills.Client communication and relationship management.BUILDING AUTOMATION SPECIALIST (DISTECH/NIAGARA CONTROLS EXPERIENCE)Job Duties & Responsibilities:Provide Controls database, graphics, programming, etc. for sequences as provided by the Design Specialist, project specifications,...
