POSITION DESCRIPTION

Position Overview:

As an Automotive Product Specialist, you play a crucial role in driving the success of our dealership by connecting with customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the process of purchasing a vehicle. This dynamic and customer-centric position requires a combination of product knowledge, and excellent interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will be passionate about serving people, possess an outgoing personality, and be committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Customer Engagement:

Greet customers warmly and build rapport to understand their preferences and requirements.Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify the most suitable vehicles for customers.Provide detailed product information, features, and benefits to help customers make informed decisions.

Purchase Process Management:

Guide customers through the purchase process, from initial contact to vehicle delivery.Conduct test drives and showcase the features and performance of different vehicles.

Product Knowledge:

Stay updated on the latest automotive industry trends, technological advancements, and product features.Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the vehicles in the dealership, including specifications, performance, and safety features.

Customer Service Excellence:

Provide excellent customer service throughout the process to build long-lasting relationships.Address customer concerns and inquiries promptly and professionally.Ensure a seamless and positive customer experience from initial contact to post-sale follow-up.

Team Collaboration:

Collaborate with your team, finance department, and other stakeholders to ensure a coordinated and efficient sales process.Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

Lead Generation:

Prepare videos to send to customers at regular intervals as determined by your manager.Conduct phone calls, compose emails and texts to new or existing customers at regular intervals as determined by your manager.

Qualifications:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding goalsHigh level of professionalism and customer-centric attitude.Working Environment:
