Receptionist - Full TimeNaperville, IllinoisToyota of Naperville is seeking professional, top-notch receptionist to join our team. Receptionist would provide customers assistance within our entire dealership. Must have excellent phone skills, a positive attitude and a smiling face. This is a full time position would work a 9 hour shift (7 a.m - 8 p.m.) with one weekday off and Sundays off. Saturdays would work a 9 hour shift from 7 a.m. - 5 p.m. Applicants schedule would need to be flexible for early and late starts.
This position pays $15 per hour. If you are looking for an entry level position, with room for growth, this may be the position for you!

Responsibilities
Greets customers in a professional manner
Operates switchboard telephone system
Communicates with callers in a professional, friendly and efficient manner, striving to minimize the amount of time customers spend on hold
Takes thorough messages, indicating the callers first and last name, company name if applicable, the time and the message the caller wishes to leave
Assists the accounting office with various clerical duties as needed
Friendly, professional, courteous and efficient when working with all customers and employees
Refers customers who have additional questions to the service advisor or other appropriate individual
Handles customer complaints with integrity and poise and refers the customer to the appropriate individual for further communication
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Demonstrated superior customer service skills
Excellent communication skills and high attention to detail
Ability to multi-task and handle several phone calls at once
Must have at least a high school diploma/GED
Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, drug test, credit report, and valid driver license
Professional appearance and strong work ethic
