Product Manager III - Medicare Advantage

Responsible for developing, implementing and managing a portfolio of products/programs. Develops and manages competitive offerings by overseeing market research and regulatory requirements, defining product requirements/features, designing the overall customer experience and managing the product performance life cycle. May have interaction with regulatory bodies.

Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related field5 years of work experience beyond degreeHealthcare experience requiredExperience with Medicare Advantage products, CMS guidance, and the product development lifecycle preferred

Skills and Abilities:Experience working with Medicare Advantage plans and bid cyclesSelf-starterExperience in the conduct of market research, competitive analysis, and the development of business cases to drive decisionsExcellent organization skills with proven ability to manage projects from kick-off to implementationExcellent interpersonal communication skills with proven ability to establish and maintain strong relationships at multiple levels of an organizationAbility to quickly adapt to change and work independentlyExperience in the analysis, summary, and presentation of business reports to organization leaders/regulatory officials

This position is a Remote role. The employee must be located in any state in which Medica is an employer and will work remotely 100% of the time.

The full salary range for this position is $75,300 -$129,000. Annual salary range placement will depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, education, work experience, applicable certifications and/or licensure, the position's scope and responsibility, internal pay equity and external market salary data.
