As a Senior Systems Analyst, you must have at least 8 years of experience. As the Senior Analyst–Systems Analysis, you will be responsible for analyzing and evaluating business requirements, consulting with personnel from various departments and identifying areas for the development of technical solutions to automate and/or improve business processes.The position works independently with limited supervision along with acting as a lead for other system analysts as needed. Must exhibit strong communication and technical skills to support stakeholders and project clients.Responsibilities:Translates business requirements and objectives into system level requirements for use by development and testing teams.Performs data analysis and documentation of system processes, and data flows.Communicates with stakeholders, clients, external vendors and software development team members to build dynamic solutions that meet the business needs of various clients.Facilitates and leads collaborative meetings as needed for successful implementation of complex project goals.Performs trouble shooting on production issues, infrastructure configurations and user related defects, that arise on a day-to-day basis to support the business.Acts as a resource for completing system configurations such as permissions, security and rules.Preferred Skills:Proficient knowledge and practical use of relational databases and data modelling concepts.Proficient use of Agile processes to decompose epics, features, user stories and acceptance criteria.Experience with data analysis tools such as Oracle SQL Developer, PLSQL Developer.Experience with process modeling tools such as Lucid Chart.Experience with file transfer tools such as Axway.Familiarity with the technical aspects of API.Familiarity with Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery.Familiarity with telephony systems such as Genesys.Education:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or related degree program and minimum 5 years of related work experience.Experience:
