The
Systems Analyst
must have at least 5+ years of experience. The Analyst – Systems Analysis position is responsible for working within a small team focused on managing day to day monitoring, data analysis, research, and problem solving of a productive level environment centered around relational databases and incoming/outgoing data streams.Responsibilities:Performs troubleshooting on production issues, infrastructure configurations, and user-related defects that arise on a day-to-day basis to support the business. This would include a scheduled rotation on weekends for monitoring duties.Acts as a resource for completing system configurations such as permissions, security, and rules.Acts as the first line of contact for production monitoring, data analysis, and research and managing daily script/job updates.Performs data analysis and documentation of system processes and data flows.Communicates with stakeholders, clients, external vendors, and software development team members to support the business needs of our various clients.Skills:Proficient knowledge and practical use of relational databases and data modeling concepts.Proficient with data analysis tools such as Oracle SQL Developer.Experience with integration analysis tools such as Apigee, Tanzu, Postman.Experience with file transfer tools such as MoveIt and WinSCP.Familiarity with Oracle Financials platform.Use of project management tools such as JIRA.Education:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related degree program and minimum 3 years of related work experience.Experience:
Minimum 5+ years of experienceRelocation:
