Job Title: Jr Business Analyst
Location: North Carolina, South Carolina
Responsibilities:
Coordinates with users to determine and document business and user requirements, process flow definitions, and functional specifications.Responsible for document repositories, maintenance, and updates of project documentation library.Create workflow diagrams and screen mockupsStrong written and verbal communication skillsUnder minimal supervision, acts as a liaison between the technology and business groups in the development of new systems and enhancement of existing systems.Conduct advanced level business process analysis, needs assessments and preliminary cost/benefit analysis to align technology solutions with business initiatives.Leads project team with gaining business user acceptance.Reviews progress and evaluates results for accuracy and efficiency.Resolves issues arising from internal department functions, or as brought forth by internal or external customers to assigned department.Tracks issues to resolution within department and in partnership with other groups.Monitors overall workflow to ensure timely completion of projects and daily work requirements.Work with Dev and testing teams to explain requirements, do sanity checks and review test casesWrite acceptance criteria for stories and defects
Required Job Skills & Experience:
Strong written and verbal communication skills0 to 5 years experience as a business analystBachelor's Degree in any disciplineVisa required is H1B, L1, and OPT with a valid EADLocation - Anywhere in the USA.Pay Rate is $25/hr - $30/hr
