Job SummaryActs as a liaison between technical staff and business owners. Contributes advanced knowledge in formulating systems scope and objectives relative to the organization's business plan and user requirements, process flow definitions and functional specifications.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesDocuments requirements and formulates test plans with QA and other partner groups prior to requesting business user testing.Coordinates with users to determine and document business and user requirements, process flow definitions, and functional specifications.Responsible for document repositories, maintenance and updates of project documentation library.Leads project team with gaining business user acceptance.Reviews progress and evaluates results for accuracy and efficiency.Education and Experience RequiredBachelors Degree, or equivalent experience, in Computer Science, MIS, Business Administration or similar area of study, and four or more years previous experience.Preferred Experience4+ years experience working on Salesforce Marketing Cloud as a Consultant or BAKnowledge of the overall SFMC suite and able to guide customers to the right solutionUnderstanding of Salesforce Core Clouds and how they can be integrated with SFMCWorked closely with stakeholders & decision makers to gather requirements and work with end usersAble to document technical specifications and design technical solutions from requirementsKnowledge of AMPscript, HTML, CSS & JavaScriptSalesforce Marketing Cloud Certificates: Email Specialist; Marketing Cloud Intelligence (Optional)
