The RoleAs the Senior Financial Analyst, GTM and G&A, you will play a crucial role in forming the bridge between your business partners and our corporate finance team, providing insights to stakeholders across the organization to drive data-driven decisions. Sitting within the FP&A team, this individual will partner directly with the Sales, Marketing, and G&A leadership teams to plan, prioritize, and support the company’s GTM and G&A initiatives with a focus on operating expenses. Candidates will have outstanding partnership and communication skills, be able to handle multiple priorities, as well as the ability to deal with the ambiguity that comes with a fast-growing organization.What You’ll DoServe as the primary finance business partner to Sales, Marketing, and G&A leadership teams with a focus on operating expense and personnelManage the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, annual planning, and corporate reporting requirements for GTM and G&A operating expenseCompare results of financial data against plans, forecasts, and budgets to identify trends and anomalies in dataIdentify, recommend, and drive operating expense cost efficiencies across the companyDevelop and/or enhance key metrics and reports that bring insightful and actionable insightsPartner with cross-functional teams on operational efficiency and profitability initiatives and projectsSupport annual and long-range planning and budget cyclesPerform ad hoc financial analysis and modeling as neededAdditional responsibilities may be assigned based on the candidate's profile/skillset and experience levelWhat You’ll BringBachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field3-5 years in varying FP&A roles, 5+ years preferredEffectively multi-task while managing deadlines and competing prioritiesPrevious FP&A experience required, with experience in a B2B SaaS and/or subscription business model preferredPrior GTM Finance experience preferredPrior experience with Financial Reporting systems; Netsuite and Adaptive strongly preferredPrior business partnering experience, or demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional leadersSuperior analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively translate for non-finance audiences of varying levelsExcellent written, verbal, and presentation skillsExcellent modeling skills; highly proficient in ExcelHigh performance standards with high ethical values and passion for excellenceProven ability to operate and succeed within a fast-paced environment
