About The Role
Dandy is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst who will play an integral role in building out our FP&A capabilities and drive analytical processes to support mission critical business decisions. We are seeking a finance professional with proven experience in financial modeling, management reporting, planning/forecasting and planning software administration. You will be joining a small but highly motivated FP&A team at an exciting time as we enter our next stage of growth. You will contribute towards scaling the finance function to support a rapidly growing, complex and data intensive business to provide the critical information flow that will allow Dandy to effectively allocate its resources.
What You'll Do
Optimize and manage our financial model and budget, including operational P&L forecasting, annual budgeting, and our long-term planningDeliver comprehensive management reporting to internal and external stakeholders synthesizing key insights on performanceDrive P&L analysis in support of operational execution and accurate forecasting, including variance analyses and assessing related risks and opportunitiesBuild / implement financial modeling tools to support critical financial decisions in our business operationsPartner closely with our accounting team during monthly close cycles to ensure reporting accuracy and completenessOwn the administration of our planning software (Cube) and drive the implementation and adoption of future enhancements and featuresDevelop and implement new procedures and processes to enhance the productivity, efficiency, and workflow of the Finance Department, including process automation
What We're Looking For
4+ years of FP&A or other relevant Finance experience, ideally in a high growth startupHigh proficiency with complex financial modeling and reporting techniquesAbility to understand complex business drivers, produce high-quality analytics and communicate insights effectively to all levels of managementExcellent communicator and collaborator across multiple functions and management levels with a service-oriented, business partnering approachHighest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organizedFluency with Microsoft Excel and Google Docs/SheetsCorporate planning tool implementation or administration experience highly desired
