Beyond the Core: Expanding Your Impact Deep Dives and Risk Mitigation:
Conduct comprehensive change management assessments to identify potential roadblocks. Analyze these risks and develop proactive tactics to mitigate them, ensuring a smoother transition.
Guiding Through Resistance:
Anticipate potential resistance to change and develop strategies to manage it effectively. You'll also coach project teams on best practices for navigating resistance.
Actionable Deliverables:
Craft practical tools and resources to support change management efforts. This might include creating communication plans, sponsor roadmaps, coaching plans, training programs, and resistance management plans.
Championing Change at All Levels:
Actively engage and support senior leaders to foster a culture of change acceptance. Additionally, you'll provide coaching and support to managers and supervisors as they lead their teams through the change process.

Work closely with other specialists across the organization to ensure a unified approach to change management.
Seamless Integration:
Collaborate with project teams to integrate change management activities seamlessly into the overall project plan.

Requirements
12+ years of IT experience with at least 3 years in ERP
In depth understanding of SDLC project like SAP or Oracle Project
Experience in Auto, Engineering, Discrete, Pharma, CPG, Retail, Oil and Gas, Hitech, Semiconductor.
Experience in Supply Chain, logistics, Manufacturing, Procurement, Planning and Distribution Emerging domain knowledge
Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools.
Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships and influence others and move toward a common vision or goal.
Organized with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics.
Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle.
Experience with large scale organizational change efforts
Minimum of bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or Computer Science.
