We are looking for a Software Support Engineer to join our technical support staff. The ideal candidate will work with our SigmaNEST software to identify issues, assist customers, and implement solutions. Responsibilities include providing technical support, applications engineering, training, demonstrations, and documentation. Desired skills include the ability to provide technical help, work independently, diagnose issues, proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows, and the ability to travel up to 25% of the time.Minimum Requirements:2+ years of IT helpdesk/technical support experience or pursuing further education in Engineering, IT, or a related technical field (Type 1)Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, or a related technical field with a passion for the manufacturing industry (Type 2)Mechanical and/or manufacturing engineering experience, especially with G-code, and a passion for CAD/CAM and CNC programming (Type 3)
