Org InformationWalmart eCommerce's Marketplace connects sellers with shoppers on our platform and enables our sellers to deliver an exceptional customer experience. As a part of the product team, you will be responsible for building best-in class seller experiences that drive growth on the platform across all markets. You will get to work with many internal, cross-functional teams to develop scalable end-to-end solutions, driving key performance metrics and milestones. The team is in hyper growth mode and is considered a top priority for Walmart, Inc.

You will make an impact by

Managing and executing a product roadmap by analyzing customer and product data for actionable insights, determining rollout strategy, and managing risks and new opportunities.Defining vision and strategies for your product, using domain expertise, internal and external best practices, identifying market opportunities, and building business cases.Leading and delivering on key cross-functional projects that span across multiple teams within the organization.Building collaborative relationships with key partners by driving priorities aligned to OKRs, communicating and prioritizing product roadmaps, and gaining buy-in from executive leadership.

You have experience delivering seller-facing marketplace products.You have experience in Retail or DTC e-commerce operations.You have experience working with complex data, understanding insights and dashboards.You have experience delivering platform products.You have a strong bias for action, moving the team towards delivery complex products on time.You have an analytical mindset for solving the most impactful customer and seller issues.You have a growth mindset for expanding the scope and building strong teams of Product Managers.You are a strong cross-functional collaborator with business, design, engineering, etc.You are excited about solving complex challenges.You are customer-centric in spirit and in execution.You are comfortable influencing others, leading teams, managing stakeholders, getting buy-in from leadership, and communicating clearly.

Preferred ExperienceProduct: You have experience delivering highly successful and innovative products with your fingerprints all over them and you are deeply proud of what you have accomplished. If you have experience in building products or features that drive seller growth in an eCommerce capacity, that is right up our alley.Data chops: You find a way to get the data you need and whip it into an insightful story. You can partner with Data Science to translate complex models to simple and compelling product experiences.Technical chops: You possess the technical familiarity and/or expertise to closely collaborate with engineering on technical architecture, solution design, and requirements and scope tradeoffs.Strategic: You can craft a coherent product vision, multi-year strategy, and quarterly roadmap that your team and the business rallies behind.

Minimum QualificationsOutlined below are the required minimum qualifications for this position. If none are listed, there are no minimum qualifications.Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 7 years' experience in product management. Option 2: 9 years' experience in product management or related area.

Preferred QualificationsOutlined below are the optional preferred qualifications for this position. If none are listed, there are no preferred qualifications.Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 6 years' experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products, We value candidates with a background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly. The ideal candidate would have knowledge of accessibility best practices and join us as we continue to create accessible products and services following Walmart's accessibility standards and guidelines for supporting an inclusive culture.
