As a part of the product team, you will be responsible for building best-in-class seller experiences that drive growth on the platform. You will get to work with many internal, cross-functional teams to develop scalable end-to-end solutions, driving key performance metrics and milestones. The team is in hyper growth mode and is considered a top priority for Walmart, Inc.You will make an impact by...Managing and executing a product roadmap by analyzing customer and product data for actionable insights, determining rollout strategy, and managing risks and new opportunities.Defining vision and strategies for your product, using domain expertise, internal and external best practices, identifying market opportunities, and building business cases.Leading and delivering on key cross-functional projects that span across multiple teams within the organization.Building collaborative relationships with key partners by driving priorities aligned to OKRs, communicating and prioritizing product roadmaps, and gaining buy-in from executive leadership.You will sweep us off our feet if...You have experience building products to improve e-commerce conversion rates, including Ratings and Reviews, User Generated Content, and Community Building.You have a great understanding of Marketplaces and players in the Seller ecosystem for Reviews and User Generated Content Tools.And...You have a strong bias for action, moving the team towards delivering complex products on time.You have an analytical mindset for solving the most impactful customer and seller issues.You have a growth mindset for expanding the scope and building strong teams of Product Managers.You are a strong cross-functional collaborator with design, engineering, etc.You like digging into data and doing some analysis.You are excited about solving complex challenges.You are customer-centric in spirit and in execution.You are comfortable influencing others, leading teams, managing stakeholders, getting buy-in from leadership, and communicating clearly.You have a test and learn mentality and an agile way of working to improve your team's products.Preferred ExperienceProduct: More than 7 years of experience delivering highly successful and innovative products with your fingerprints all over them and you are deeply proud of what you have accomplished. If you have experience in building products or features that drive seller growth in an eCommerce capacity, that is right up our alley.Leadership: Experience in setting and delivering on a strategy you crafted, working with multiple cross-functional stakeholders and partners, while being accountable for outcomes.Data chops: You find a way to get the data you need and whip it into an insightful story. You know how to use this data to make decisions without getting stuck in analysis paralysis.Technical chops: you have collaborated with engineers in developing the technical architecture of the products you have built and are comfortable discussing requirements and scope tradeoffs.Strategic: You can craft a coherent product vision, multi-year strategy, and quarterly roadmap that your team and the business rallies behind.Business-minded: You are passionate about building businesses, not features.
