Role Description:

The

Director of Fintech Partnerships

will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships with fintech companies. This role requires staying abreast of industry trends and technology innovation to make recommendations based on best practices. The Director will maximize our partnerships to address business needs and capitalize on a holistic approach to partners leveraging opportunities across Payoneer. Additionally, the Director will engage with competitors to find value in collaboration, working with banks, card networks, and other fintech providers. Ideally, the candidate will have experience on a card network partnership team and/or have closed many partnerships with companies of all sizes in the financial industry.

This role will be based in our New York, NY office.

What you'll do:Create and own the priorities and strategy for our engagement with the financial services indsutry. Partner with teams internally and externally to execute on this strategy and goalsIdentify and develop partnerships with a range of key stakeholders across banks, card networks, and other fintech providersStay updated on banking and technology trends, acting as an industry champion inside PayoneerBe an expert on Payoneer's capabilities and product offerings; work closely with internal and external stakeholders to execute on partnership opportunitiesEngage with competitors across various verticals/geographies for value creationWork from ideation to execution, including developing proof of concepts to assess opportunities and create buy-in before scaling partnershipWhat we're looking for:

8+ years of experience in fintech, banking, or related fieldsStrong understanding of trends and technology innovations in financial servicesExcellent communication and negotiation skillsProven track record of managing and developing partnershipsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong network of contactsCan-do attitude, bold vision, resilience, and executive presencePreferred:

MBA or equivalent advanced degreeExperience in a leadership role within the fintech industry.Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the banking sectorExperience on a card network partnership teamWhat we offer:

In accordance with New York City Law, below is the annual base salary range for this position. Actual annual base salary is based on, but not limited to: experience, education, professional licenses, location and business needs. The position is eligible for health insurance, disability insurance, life insurance, 401k plan, paid-time off, and sick (and where applicable safe) leave. This position is also eligible for a discretionary year-end bonus.

The annual base salary range for this position is: $180,000 - $210,000.
