Role Description:

The

Senior Director of Growth Partnerships

will lead the development and execution of strategies to drive the company's growth through strategic partnerships. This role requires a strong commercial acumen and focuses on developing new markets, verticals, and channels at a global scale. The Senior Director will work closely with local partnership teams across our offices to deliver these initiatives. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to identify new opportunities, negotiate agreements, and manage the integration of partner capabilities. The Senior Director will also be responsible for developing and nurturing leads, increasing partner awareness, and positioning the company as a leader in the industry.

What you'll do:Develop and execute growth partnership strategiesIdentify strategic opportunities for Payoneer capabilities through a strong understanding of the market and customer's business needs, leveraging solutions across all product streamsNegotiate and finalize partnership agreementsDevelop and nurture leads to increase partner awarenessCollaborate with internal teams to drive partnership successFocus on developing new markets, verticals, and channels at a global scaleWork with local partnership teams across our offices to deliver initiativesWork from ideation to execution, including developing proof of concepts to assess opportunities and create buy-inWhat we're looking for:

10+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or growth marketingProven track record of driving growth through strategic partnershipsStrong commercial acumenStrong negotiation and communication skillsExperience in a high-growth environmentAbility to manage multiple partnerships and projects concurrentlyStrong network of contactsCan-do attitude, bold vision, resilience, and executive presencePreferred:

MBA or equivalent advanced degreeExperience in the technology or SaaS industryFamiliarity with growth marketing strategies and toolsWhat we offer:

In accordance with New York City Law, below is the annual base salary range for this position. Actual annual base salary is based on, but not limited to: experience, education, professional licenses, location and business needs. The position is eligible for health insurance, disability insurance, life insurance, 401k plan, paid-time off, and sick (and where applicable safe) leave. This position is also eligible for a discretionary year-end bonus.

The annual base salary range for this position is: $210,000 - $240,000.
