As a Senior Product Manager in our Pharma Analytics division, you will have the unique opportunity to lead and drive the development of world-class products that have a significant impact on the biopharma industry.A day in the lifeTake charge of planning, developing, and implementing product roadmaps for our Pharma Analytics portfolio.Collaborate with teams from different departments to assess market demands, recognize potential areas for growth, and foster product innovation.Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities in the biopharma analytics marketDevelop and implement effective go-to-market strategies, pricing models, and marketing campaigns to ensure successful product launches.Work closely with customers to gather feedback, understand their needs, and ensure that our products meet and exceed their expectationsMonitor and analyze product performance, market trends, and customer feedback to continuously improve our products and drive growthKeys to SuccessEducationBachelor's degree in biology, molecular biology, or related field.MBA preferred.ExperienceMinimum of 5 years of proven experience in product management, product development, field applications support, or similar.Strong knowledge of biopharma QA/QC requirements.Knowledge, Skills And AbilitiesExceptional leadership and collaboration skills with the ability to influence and drive cross-functional teams.Strong ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences, both technical and non-technical.Proven track record of successfully implementing product strategies and delivering flawless product launches.Travel up to 25%.BenefitsWe offer competitive remuneration, annual incentive plan bonus, healthcare, and a range of employee benefits.
