Requirement for the role to be based out of our Brookfield, WI office and provides flexible scheduling.OverviewThe VP-Treasury Management Sales Officer is responsible for growing in-market deposits by prospecting, marketing, selling, cross-selling, and implementing First Business’s commercial depository services and cash management products to business clients and prospects. This position will also be responsible for retaining and expanding existing client relationships in order to provide complete deposit-side client service.Essential Responsibilities For This Role IncludeUsing strong networking and relationship building skills, source new business opportunities to grow in-market deposits for the Bank.Identify and evaluate deposit product and service needs of current clients, also looking for opportunities to cross-sell other bank products and make internal referrals.Participate in annual client reviews, identifying market trends and focusing on adjustments that can be made to maximize the bank profitability goals - all while providing high levels of client service and adding value to the client relationship.Demonstrate expertise of deposit products, including setting up and training clients on products.QualificationsPost-Secondary degree in relevant field of studyMinimum of 5 years of Treasury Management Sales experience with demonstrated success in a sales and business development role in banking/deposits/treasury management, sourcing new clients through individual calling and networkingBecome an active member of the community by attending networking events and developing relationships with centers of influenceParticipate and become a member of at least one community service organization.Ability to prioritize work flow to meet numerous levels of deadlines.First Business Financial Services, Inc. is committed to providing equal employment opportunity to all applicants and employees regardless of their race, creed, color, religion, gender, age, national origin, disability, military service, protected veteran status, genetic information, sexual orientation, gender identity, transgender status, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local law.
