Neogen has an exciting opportunity for a passionate and experienced DevOps Engineer with a desire to automate infrastructure tasks, build automated integrations, and solutions to serve our growing global organization. The incumbent will work with a great team of professionals on interesting projects to automate various company projects.Main Responsibilities:
Work with stakeholders to automate processes and integrations, primarily focused on IT Infrastructure.Build and maintain hybrid infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code.Create automation/playbooks for new infrastructure builds, monitoring, and ITIL tasks.Drive IT infrastructure modernization initiatives through all phases.Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical problems.Requirements:
Competence in building and documenting diverse enterprise applications.Experience defining processes and supporting their implementation.High degree of collaboration with all team members.Must have technical skills:
Experience in automation frameworks such as Ansible, Terraform, Puppet, etc.Experience with server-side scripting languages such as Python, Bash, and PowerShell.GIT | Azure Devops | Github.Experience working with CI/CD pipelines.Comfortable interfacing with various APIs.Preferred technical skills:
Security-minded.Familiarity with networking frameworks (L2, L3, ACL, subnetting).Experience in microservices using RESTful APIs.Experience in design, build, and operation of Datacenter technologies such as networking, vCenter/HyperV, Storage / SAN, Backup/Recovery, Active directory, Windows server, Linux.Cloud experience in Azure and/or AWS
Lambda, IAM, EC2, S3.Functions, Blob, Datalake.
