Your expertise in data science, consumer insights, commerce, and market expansion will shape the future of our consumer shopping experience and drive growth in new markets. Inspired by industry leaders in the consumer shopping space, you will pioneer innovative strategies to enhance user experience, optimize product functionalities, and maximize growth opportunities.Responsibilities
Lead the development and implementation of advanced analytics techniques to extract actionable insights, optimize product features, personalize user experiences, and enhance product relevance. Establish KPIs, metrics, and performance dashboards to monitor key business metrics.Identify and evaluate growth opportunities within the consumer shopping vertical through market research and competitor analysis. Collaborate with product teams to design and launch innovative features and initiatives that drive user engagement, retention, and business growth. Develop scalable growth strategies.Develop and execute a comprehensive data-driven strategy for consumer shopping, based on rapid experimentation best practices, aligning with company goals. Drive cross-functional collaboration to prioritize initiatives and ensure seamless execution.Attract, retain, and develop top talent in data science, analytics, and growth marketing. Provide mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities, fostering a culture of innovation, diversity, inclusion and collaboration.
