In this role, you will partner with stakeholders across the business to drive operational excellence with a primary focus on Customer Success. A qualified candidate should be technically savvy, possess strong critical thinking skills, understand the importance of data-driven decision-making, and have a proven track record of successfully working cross-functionally to translate business needs into viable technology solutions. Join us!Essential Job Functions:Partner with key stakeholders across Customer Success to identify opportunities for process efficiency, better customer experience, and increased retention and growthLeverage Gainsight and Salesforce to improve and scale Customer Success operationsUnderstand go-to-market needs, translate them into clear requirements, and lead the effort to turn them into viable solutionsFacilitate the implementation of new processes and support end usersLead ad hoc projects to improve operational performanceSupport operational activities for new business linesCreate and maintain supporting documents for stakeholdersDevelop and monitor frameworks to ensure best practicesProvide day-to-day support for the Customer Success Management teamEnablement and tool training for new team membersSupport operational excellence and continuous improvement activitiesKnowledge, skills and abilities:Bachelor’s degree in business or information service preferred1+ years of Gainsight administration experience preferred1+ years of CSM or related job experience preferredProficiency in analytics/ExcelStrong analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skillsExperience in designing process and workflowsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong business and technical acumenExperience in project managementAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work independently and collaborativelyTechTarget offers generous benefits
