Business Analyst

Business AnalystTechTarget is seeking a Business Analyst to join our Business Operations team. In this role you will partner with stakeholders across the business to drive operational excellence with a primary focus on Customer Success. A qualified candidate should be technically savvy, possess strong critical thinking skills, and have a proven track record of successfully working cross-functionally to translate business needs into viable technology solutions. This is an opportunity to join a dynamic team tasked with maximizing the productivity, communication, and scale of daily operations to enable the business’s Customer Success strategy.Essential Job Functions:Partner with key stakeholders across Customer Success to identify opportunities to drive process efficiency and better customer experienceLeverage Gainsight and Salesforce to improve and scale day-to-day Customer Success operationsTranslate go-to-market needs into clear requirements and lead the effort to turn them into viable solutionsFacilitate implementation of new processes, support ad hoc projects, and design operational support activities for new business linesSupport data integrity, create supporting documents, and monitor accountability frameworksProvide day-to-day support for the Customer Success Management team, including data quality troubleshooting and tool trainingEnable operational excellence and continuous improvement activities across the quote-to-cash lifecycleKnowledge, skills and abilities:Bachelor’s degree in business or information service preferred1+ years of Gainsight administration experience preferred1+ years of CSM or related job experience preferredProficiency in analytics/ExcelStrong analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skillsExperience in designing processes and workflowsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong business and technical acumenExperience in project management and working in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work independently and collaboratively
