Program Specialist 2 (Testing Access Specialist)
Everett Community College is seeking a Program Specialist 2 (Testing Access Specialist) for the Center for Disability Services. This full-time position involves managing testing accommodations, reviewing student requests, implementing academic adjustments, and providing support to students and faculty. Key responsibilities include overseeing the testing center operations, coordinating testing accommodations, training students on adaptive technologies, and supporting students with disabilities. The role also involves general accommodation support, staying updated on disability-related laws, collaborating with diverse stakeholders, and performing essential duties as assigned.Minimum Qualifications:Associate degree or two years of experience working with people with disabilitiesDemonstrated technology skillsAbility to work respectfully with diverse backgroundsStrong interpersonal skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google WorkspaceKnowledge of disability laws and regulationsExperience with adaptive technologyPreferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in related fieldExperience in a testing center or higher educationLanguage skills or ASL proficiencyEngagement with various entitiesWork Hours:
Monday through Friday, 8am to 6pm with potential for extended testing hours.
Salary:
$49,116 - $56,880.
