FAN Sales Desk Leader

to join our FAN (Financial Advisor Network) Life Sales Desk in a hybrid capacity based out of either Newport Beach, CA or Omaha, NE.As a FAN Sales Desk Leader, you’ll play a key role in Pacific Life’s growth and long-term success by leading a team of Internal Wholesalers, Case Designers, and Sales Advocates that supports all channels in the Financial Advisor Network.How You Will Make An Impact

Align with FAN Sales Leaders on strategy and goalsLead the Sales Desk efforts to meet and exceed sales goals through clearly defined processes and results-based activitiesEnsure teams are closely aligned with their business partners including the Field Wholesalers, Key Accounts and Broker/Dealers, and Home Office departmentsLeverage data to make business decisions that are profitable and supports growthDevelop innovative ways to increase sales and deepen relationshipsIdentify solutions for improving efficiency and effectivenessBe a trusted leader and counterpart for the National Sales ManagersEnsure adherence and adoption of tools and directives as it relates to sales effortsBe recognized as the “go-to” leader when it comes to the FAN DeskAct with a stewardship mindset for the enterpriseEffective problem resolution on escalated / sensitive situations or casesThe Experience You Will Bring

Minimum 5 years Life Insurance Industry experience in a Leadership roleExperienced CRM userStrategic mindsetSolid people developerComfortable with ambiguitySolid communicatorAble to manage through complex situationsSolid influencing abilitiesBase Pay Range

The base pay range noted represents the company’s good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at the time of posting. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications and geographic location.
