Join us as an Associate Vice President of Operations today!Job Summary and Qualifications:As an Associate Vice President of Operations at Galen College of Nursing, you will provide leadership in managing multiple campuses, ensuring campus leaders understand policies and procedures, and College brand standards to enhance the student experience. Responsibilities include overseeing admissions, bursar, facilities, financial aid, IT, reception, and student accounts.Position Responsibilities:Lead and evaluate branch campuses under College standards.Develop cohesive campus teams with regional deans.Coach regional and campus level operations leaders.Ensure achievement of key performance indicators.Maintain open communication with campus and College leadership.Drive continuous improvement in the student experience.Manage campus budget and expenditures.Handle operational and service-related complaints.Oversee campus staffing and events.Ensure campus safety and security.Support administrative services of the campus.Position Requirements:Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years of operational experience, preferably in higher education. Master’s Degree preferred.Experience: Demonstrated leadership in operations and budgeting.Special Qualifications: Ability to build consensus, prioritize needs, strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and organizational abilities.Degree of Supervision: Minimal.Join us at Galen College of Nursing and be part of our commitment to nursing education excellence!
