Job Description SummaryAs a Market Intelligence & Strategy Analyst working for Taylor Morrison you will assist in the collection and data analysis from secondary sources, competitive shops, and internal sources to provide support on recommendations for Taylor Morrison existing communities with reliable forecasts of price and pace. Provide the "voice of the consumer" with sound data research on consumer preferences/wants/needs that can be applied to Division decisions on community design, product development, home specifications and marketing communications.

Job DetailsWhat You'll DoGather data and produce clear and concise analysis including data visualizations, presentations, and reporting (charts, graphs, etc.) used for recommendations on existing Taylor Morrison community positioningProvide monthly completion and assessment of CMA's (Competitive Market Assessment) through analysis of the competitive landscape for each communityProvide Buyer Profile ReviewsAnalyze market demographics to identify Consumer Group wants and needs identifiedProvide fieldwork- competitive evaluations (floorplans and specifications)Conduct focus groups (analyze surveys, focus group moderation, etc.)Communicate key findings in written and verbal formDemonstrate a strong understanding of residential real estate market metricsPerform other duties as assignedSound Like You?You might be just who we're looking for if you have...Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or quantitative field required1 to 2 years' experience in competitive assessments and/or market evaluations in homebuilding or similar industryHomebuilding experience strongly preferredExperience in data gathering from various sources and compiling into logical charts, graphs, tables and written formHighly proficient in MS Office especially ExcelAbility to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organizationLocal Market Knowledge a plusFLSA Status: ExemptWill have responsibilities such as:Office or non-manual work, which is directly related to management or general business operationsAct as a primary component of which involves the exercise of independent judgment and discretion about matters of significanceEssential Functions:Successful job applicants will be able to perform these functions.
