Come join our team and love what you do! We are currently hiring full-time Controller for Fremont Hospital! The Controller is responsible for budgeting, financial reporting, payroll, cost accounting, financial analysis, accounts payable, providing oversight to the accounts receivables, managing the financial accounting/close and reporting process, completing tax packages, negotiate with vendors, bank reconciliations, and miscellaneous requests either from Corporate or the Institute for fiscal analysis and information. Education:Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance required. Master's degree preferred.Experience:Minimum 5 years of proven healthcare finance experience.Minimum of 3 years' experience in a supervisory or management capacity.Thorough understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.Certification(s):Certified Public Accountant or Certified Management Accountant designation preferred.Computer/Software Programs:Excel, Microsoft Office Suite, Lawson, AllScripts, Kronos, or similar software.
