Sr. Accountant

Fremont Hospital !Under the direction of the CFO, the Sr. Accountant is responsible for financial reporting, payroll, cost accounting, financial analysis, accounts payable, providing oversight to the accounts receivables, performing the financial accounting/close and reporting process, completing tax packages, negotiate with vendors when requested, bank reconciliations, and miscellaneous requests for fiscal analysis and information. Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance required.Experience:

Healthcare finance experience preferred.Minimum of 3 years' experience in a supervisory or management capacity.Thorough understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.

Computer/Software Programs:

Excel, Microsoft Office Suite, Lawson, AllScripts, Kronos or similar software.
