Responsibilities
Drive new client acquisitions and boost revenue growth in Asia
Engineer a robust pipeline of profitable opportunities across the region that caters to the needs of clients in Private Equity, Real Estate Funds, Private Credit Funds, and Hedge Funds
Identify and engage potential clients within the fund industry
Conceptualize and implement growth strategies for business development
Collaborate with the senior management team to innovate new products and stay abreast of market trends
Initiate market outreach programs based on strategic initiatives
Cultivate and manage a network of influencers and business contacts
Develop, oversee, and advance a pipeline of new business opportunities
Advocate the firm's services through various channels such as articles, guest appearances on business shows
Qualifications
Demonstrated success in business development, with a focus on fund services, financial solutions, and corporate services, preferably within an established fund administration organization, financial service provider, asset management firm, or securities services provider.
A proven track record of enhancing office revenue and profitability.
An existing network of third-party influencers and business contacts is highly desirable.
Exceptional self-confidence and strategic thinking abilities with a proven capability to lead or contribute to discussions with a broad range of stakeholders at different levels of seniority.
Proven sales skills with a history of meeting or surpassing targets.
Demonstrated experience in working with high-level figures in the cultivation of client relationships.
