Corporate Bank Technology has embarked on a multi-year technology refresh program that includes revitalization of 'Channel' applications for payment initiation. You will be working on enhancing applications that follow layered architecture pattern using JAVA EE architecture with an Oracle backend. Collaborate with other Senior Engineers and Lead Engineers on the platform embracing agile practices to incrementally add functionality to the platform, with a focus on automation and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD). Partner with business and technology managers to maintain the application stack providing clients the ability to initiate payments in real time.
What You'll DoDesign and develop test execution plans for product enhancements testingPartner with business analysts to understand requirements and convert them into solutionsCo-work with Quality Assurance team on test automationFollow Quality assurance processes throughout the software development lifecycleCollaborate with engineers on technical discussions and architecture decisionsUpdate CI/CD approach to encompass tests and influence system designSkills You'll NeedExtensive SDET/Quality assurance experience with SQL and JavaUnderstanding of testing frameworks, Unix, windows platforms, and Agile processesBackend testing, UI testing, and API testing experienceKnowledge of CI/CD tools like Jenkins and experience with Test Driven Development and/or Behavior-Driven Development using CucumberFamiliarity with UX/UI methodologySkills That Will Help You ExcelAnalytical, verbal, and written communication skillsKnowledge of Agile methodologyTechnical curiosity and appetite to learnAbility to assess data quality and design data workflowSelf-motivatedExpectations
