Corporate Bank Technology has embarked on a multi-year technology refresh program that includes revitalization of "Channel" applications for payment initiation. The platform provides Corporate and Institutional banking services to Deutsche Bank’s clients over the internet. You will be working on enhancing applications that follow layered architecture pattern using JAVA EE architecture with an Oracle backend. The result of your work will be directly influencing key profitability metrics of the Bank.What We Offer You:A diverse and inclusive environment that embraces change, innovation, and collaboration.A hybrid working model with up to 60% work from home.Competitive compensation packages including health and wellbeing benefits, retirement savings plans, parental leave, and family building benefits.Educational resources, matching gift, and volunteer programs.What You’ll Do:Java/Java EE application development in an Agile Collaborative environment.Design, develop and document microservice-based & monolithic application components.Guide teams, write clear, maintainable, and reusable code.Partner with the design team, architects, business analysts and stakeholders.Co-working with Quality Assurance (QA) team on test automation.Mentor and direct more junior developers.Skills You’ll Need:Moderate experience developing Java based Monolithic/Microservices.Sound understanding of data structures and algorithms.Demonstrated ability to perform 3rd level support.Familiarity writing SQL, optimizing, and simplifying existing queries.Must have advanced skills & experience working with high volumes of data.Skills That Will Help You Excel:Good communication skills and effective organizational skills.Self-starter and a go getter.Structured approach to problem solving and strong analytical skills.Strong MS-Office skills.You stay current on technical trends.Expectations:
