Location: Multiple LocationsLevel: Senior LevelEmployment Type: Full timeJob Responsibilities:Shape vision and create opportunities for data & AI led business reinvention.Define and structure an organization’s data and AI strategy to build and optimize data assets, AI technologies for growth & competitive advantages.Assess maturity of an organization’s data and AI foundation.Define building blocks required to convert to an AI-first organization, including technology and AI platform blueprint, data strategy and future-ready operating model.Create the business case, investment profile and roadmap to deliver on the strategy.Infuse Responsible AI in vision and roadmap, develop plan for leveraging ecosystem partners, and define operating model to foster a culture of innovation and experimentation.Identify people, processes, and technologies to develop and operationalize AI solutions.Create strategy for AI-first products and develop commercialization opportunities.Ability to travel up to 100%.Basic Qualifications:Minimum of 10 years of consulting experience in Data & AI Strategy and AdvisoryMinimum of 10 years of experience executing data-driven projects, programs, and innovation to clientsMinimum of 10 years of experience in applying predictive, prescriptive, and generative analytics client solutionsPreferred Skills:Experience publishing industry thought leadershipExperience with tech-driven transformations, data & analytics and/or sustainabilityExperience with senior-level (C-level or C-level minus 1) conversationsStrong program management and communication skills, both verbal and writtenDriven and entrepreneurial: ability to originate and shape new deals, lead in client conversations, and go-to-market activities.Excellent leadership and people skills: proven ability to build effective teams and foster a collaborative and inclusive environment and proven ability to build strong client relationshipsCompensation:Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
