Data & AI Financial Services Senior Manager , you will:Shape vision and create opportunities for data & AI led business reinvention.Define and structure an organization’s data and AI strategy to build and optimize data assets, AI technologies for growth & competitive advantages.Assess maturity of an organization’s data and AI foundation.Define building blocks required to convert to an AI-first organization, including technology and AI platform blueprint, data strategy and future-ready operating model.Create the business case, investment profile and roadmap to deliver on the strategy.Infuse Responsible AI in vision and roadmap, develop plan for leveraging ecosystem partners, and define operating model to foster a culture of innovation and experimentation.Identify people, processes, and technologies to develop and operationalize AI solutions.Create strategy for AI-first products and develop commercialization opportunities.Ability to travel up to 100%.Basic Qualifications:Minimum of 10 years of consulting experience in Data & AI Strategy and Advisory.Minimum of 10 years of experience executing data-driven projects, programs, and innovation to clients.Minimum of 10 years of experience in applying predictive, prescriptive, and generative analytics client solutions.Preferred skills:Experience in a sales capacity.Banking and/or Capital Markets experience in quantitative, analytics, or data science leadership role.Leadership experience in regulatory remediation or regulatory transformation programs.Leadership experience with quantitative, data science, or analytics teams covering CCAR, DFAST, Capital Planning, credit risk, market risk, operational risk, PPNR, and/or AML/KYC.Experience with data acquisition, ingestion, consumption, and pre-processing / feature engineering for AI projects.Excellent leadership and people skills: proven ability to build effective teams and foster a collaborative and inclusive environment.Compensation at Accenture
