We are looking for an algorithm technical manager who is obsessed with customer experience and passionate about building systems to detect various risks that can sabotage platform trust.

Responsibilities:• Work with a team to design and implement algorithms to detect and control risks/frauds in contents/products/sellers/creators• Collaborate with strategy team, product managers, policy team, and ops team to help define products and drive initiatives from engineering viewpoints
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:- Ph.D.'s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field. Recent graduates are highly encouraged to apply!- Graduate with a background in Software Development, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline;- Must obtain work authorization in the country of employment at the time of hire and maintain ongoing work authorization during employment.- An understanding or keen interest in machine learning, NLP, or computer vision.- Familiarity with programming languages such as C++, Python, Go, or Java.Preferred Qualifications:- Interest or experience in anti-fraud, anti-spam, platform-integrity, or similar fields would be a plus.- A profound sense of responsibility, coupled with exceptional communication and teamwork skills

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (annually):- The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $129,200 - $194,750 annually.- Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and location.
