Governance and Experience team of e-commerce are responsible for ensuring the safety and trustworthiness of the marketplace for not only our users, but also sellers and creators. We value our users' satisfaction by working on policies, rules, and systems to ensure quality. We are looking for an algorithm technical manager who is obsessed with customer experience and passionate about building systems to detect various risks that can sabotage platform trust.

Responsibilities:Work with a team to design and implement algorithms to detect and control risks/frauds in contents/products/sellers/creators.Collaborate with strategy team, product managers, policy team, and ops team to help define products and drive initiatives from engineering viewpoints.
Qualifications
Minimum QualificationsPhD's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field. Recent graduates are highly encouraged to apply!Final year or recent graduate with a background in Software Development, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.Must obtain work authorization in the country of employment at the time of hire, and maintain ongoing work authorization during employment.An understanding or keen interest in machine learning, NLP, or computer vision.Familiarity with programming languages such as C++, Python, Go, or Java.
Preferred QualificationsInterest or experience in anti-fraud, anti-spam, platform-integrity, or similar fields would be a cherry on top.A profound sense of responsibility, coupled with exceptional communication and teamwork skills.

Compensation Description (annually)The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $136800 - $205000 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, and location.Our company benefits are designed to convey company culture and values, to create an efficient and inspiring work environment, and to support our employees to give their best in both work and life.
