The Governance and Experience team of e-commerce are responsible for ensuring the safety and trustworthiness of the marketplace for not only our users, but also sellers and creators. We value our users' satisfaction by working on policies, rules and systems to ensure quality. We are looking for an algorithm technical manager who is obsessed with customer experience and passionate about building systems to detect various risks that can sabotage platform trust.We are looking for talented individuals to join our team in 2024. Master’s, or PhD degree in Computer Science or a related technical field. Recent graduates are highly encouraged to apply!Graduate with a background in Software Development, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline;Must obtain work authorization in country of employment at the time of hire, and maintain ongoing work authorization during employment.An understanding or keen interest in machine learning, NLP, or computer vision.Familiarity with programming languages such as C++, Python, Go, or Java.Preferred Qualifications

For Pay TransparencyThe base salary range for this position in the selected city is $112200 - $205000 annually.Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.Our company benefits are designed to convey company culture and values, to create an efficient and inspiring work environment, and to support our employees to give their best in both work and life.
