The Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for leading post-award financial management for invoicing. The incumbent will be accountable for post-award activities for sponsored projects including managing, generating, and tracking sponsor invoices and payments, and will support junior team members in these functions as needed. In addition, this individual will serve as a subject matter expert for clinical research billing review to support compliant processes. This role will be responsible for leveraging current and future technology systems used by Seattle Children's, such as Clinical Trial Management Systems (CTMS).Location: This position can be located in one of the following states: Washington, Montana, Alaska, Florida, or Georgia.Required Education/Experience:Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related, health sciences (Biology, or related field), financial, business administration field (Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field).Minimum of five (5) years of experience in post-award activities, such as invoicing, tracking payments, and/or reconciling study budgets in clinical research settings.Preferred:CPT Coding Certificate.Working experience in using a Clinical Trial Management Systems (CTMS).Working experience in research billing and compliance.Understanding of Epic research billing functionality.Understanding of clinical research protocols.Compensation Range:$81,910.00 - $122,866.00 per yearSalary Information:This compensation range was calculated based on full-time employment (2080 hours worked per calendar year).
