Job DescriptionCreate a world class Tricon Learning Academy which will serve both our operations and corporate employee needs with a focus on mirroring an accredited university experienceDevelop a strategic L&D roadmap aligned with company goals and employee development needsDrive the creation of an organization wide talent and leadership development model and process to be used throughout the companyImplement and drive succession planning with a focus on mid-managementAssist the organization to transition from a competency based to a skills-based approach and provide a gap analysis that is aligned with a 3 year workforce development planPartner with senior leadership to analyze organizational needs, identify high performers, recommend and implement training programs to prepare them for the next level and evaluate their effectivenessProvide coaching to executives on organizational effectiveness and leader developmentDrive organization wide quarterly performance management program including goals processSupport instructional design of departmental specific learningsEstablish measurable goals and KPIs to track the effectiveness and impact of the L&D functionImplement learning programs using various modalities such as workshops, online courses, seminars, and mentoring.Leverage capabilities of LMS, AI and other technologies to optimize program deliveryQualifications:A highly collaborative Learning and Organization Development professional with a minimum of 15 years of experience in leading L&D organizations with an operating entityExperience with Succession/Talent Management, Change Management, Organization/Leadership Development, Performance ManagementExperience in diagnosing organizational challenges, then planning and carrying out appropriate interventionsMust be a persuasive communicator with strong leadership presence, and interpersonal and team-building skillsA track record of success in managing programs/processes to develop leadersProven ability to form strategic partnerships with senior business leaders in the building of a high-performance leadership cultureThe ability to lead in a highly dynamic environmentA demonstrated commitment to superior customer service and operational excellenceWillingness to "roll up the sleeves" to get the job doneExhibits innovation and creativity in addressing future challengesAn understanding of the business benefits of various organizational structures and processes and the ability to build and articulate linkages to improved operating performanceStrong teamwork orientation and mentor who models high performance skills and outcomesOperate with integrity and have a track record of developing trust-based relationshipsThe proven ability to utilize metrics necessary to assess the ROI, impact and effectiveness of leadership and organization development change initiativesMinimum Requirements:Bachelor's degree in business, Organization Development, or Human Resource Management requiredMaster's degree in Organization Development, Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management or related field is preferredCertified in Organization development tools, such as; personality indicators, 360 feedback tools, career assessments and coaching a plus
