Our commitment is to provide the most comprehensive and reliable analytics platform accessible and trusted by all.About the TeamThe GTM Systems & Tools team at Mixpanel helps the Sales, Marketing & Finance teams execute their global and regional strategies through:Maintaining a robust, trustworthy & scalable CRM systemAutomating key workflows that drive efficiencyIdentifying, proposing & supporting tools that fit our overall GTM strategy and data architectureThis team sits under the engineering org and works very closely with the growth & data teams to help achieve our broader architecture & vision.About the RoleAs a GTM Systems Analyst, you will be a technical partner to our stakeholder teams and be involved in the full software development life cycle starting from understanding the business needs/problems, translating them into technical requirements, identifying solutions, executing on them, creating and testing user stories and following through until the business problem is solved. This person must be comfortable communicating with various teams and stakeholders to understand business problems and elicit requirements. This is a critical role for Mixpanel at this stage of our growth, with a direct impact on our ability to meet our revenue goals.ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop secure, scalable technical solutions on the CRM (Salesforce) platform using out of the box automations such as Flows, validations, and security settingsProvide technical guidance to key stakeholders for new projects, enhancements, and bug fixes related to solutions being delivered on the Salesforce platformMaintain strong knowledge of Salesforce system architecture and development best practicesAssist in increasing the efficiency of our GTM teams and in scaling our GTM stack (Co-pilot, Clari, Outreach, Customer.io, LeanData) for rapid growthProvide ongoing support and management of SFDCFunction as the go-to person for enhancement requests and inquiries; Coordinate updates, modify fields and workflows, etc as neededSupport day-to-day management of Salesforce configuration – customizing core architecture as well as profiles and user permissionsSupport day-to-day management & execute changes of our lead routing/territory management systemDrive data quality and enrichment projects across the systemsOwn the integrity of data at all stages in our GTM stackManage enrichment vendors, optimizing for data integrity and accuracyWork with internal teams to establish processes that improve the data integrity of all objects; define best practices to help build increased seller productivity and SFDC hygieneWe're Looking For Someone Who Has2+ years experience in supporting full-stack solutions using SalesforceProficient in requirements gathering, documentation, and user testingExperience in Salesforce customization and automation (Flows, Validation rules, Approval process)Solid understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, features, and best practicesSalesforce Certified AdministratorShould be a creative, self-starting, fast-learning, detail-oriented team player who thrives with multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.Experience with data cleansing & data enrichment projectsBonus Points ForSalesforce Certified Advanced AdministratorSalesforce Sales Cloud CertifiedStart-up SaaS and rapidly expanding sales organization experience strongly preferredProficient with data warehouses, SQL & other analytical toolsExperience working with LeanData or related tools, lead routing, territory managementExperience working with CPQ
