Your primary objectives will include monitoring supply chains and shipments, engaging in regular communication with clients, ensuring timely schedules for client orders, maintaining accurate records, promptly addressing errors to promote client satisfaction, and managing inventory databases.

Responsibilities

Coordinate timely and accurate shipments to meet client requirementsEnsure the accuracy of orders and shipping documents, including bills and invoicesIdentify and address shipping errors promptly to minimize disruptions and maintain client satisfactionOversee production timelines to ensure timely delivery of goodsReceive orders and update inventory databases accordinglyEngage in regular communication with clients to provide updates on shipment statuses and address any concerns or inquiriesMaintain accurate and consistent records of shipments, inventory levels, and other relevant logistics dataUtilize research and analysis skills to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization within the supply chainCollaborate with internal teams, suppliers, distributors, and vendors to resolve logistical issues and improve overall efficiencyDemonstrate a solution-oriented mindset, proactively identifying and implementing solutions to logistics challengesUse data and analytics to inform decision-making and improve logistics performanceUtilize common logistics management software to streamline processes and enhance productivityMultitask effectively, managing multiple priorities and projects simultaneouslyIdeal Background
