Infinity focuses on advising and assisting the facilities they work with to maintain an exemplary relationship and high standard of care for both their employees and residents, respectively. Our consultants have a deep knowledge base learned through years of education and clinical work. They are able to share this knowledge with their clients to assist the client-nursing facilities in providing the very best in patient care and efficient operations. Regional Director of Operations

to consult with our skilled nursing facilities in Nashville, TN, and the surrounding areas. You are responsible for the corporate oversight of your assigned facilities, assisting the Administrators with the overall operations, and adhering to all state and federal regulations. This position has travel expectations in Indiana and may require some overnight stays.Competitive salary, benefits package, and incentive program provided.Job Requirements

Minimum of 2 years' experience in multi-facility oversight in the long-term care industryBachelor's degree preferred in Health Care Administration or similar degreeMust be a licensed HFA in good standing in the state you are working inAbility to effectively develop and implement marketing plansMust have a strong knowledge of state and federal regulations that govern skilled nursing facilitiesBe able to effectively work with teams at all levelsPossess excellent written and verbal communication skillsAble to prepare and analyze budgets and financial reportsAble to analyze and solve problemsAbility to resolve conflicts in a positive and constructive mannerAbility to prioritize and concurrently manage multiple tasksAbility to work with and supervise others as an effective leader and team playerAbility to effectively evaluate performance and take corrective actions when necessaryAbility to respond in a calm and professional manner in stressful situationsMust have a valid driver's license and current auto insurance liability policyOur Company provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, or genetics.
