Senior Digital Designer
As a Senior Digital Designer, you will be responsible for creating and executingeffective, innovative ideas for our clients, across all mediums with a concentration on digital and interactive environments. This includes ideation, concepting and design for all integrated brand identity elements. An ideal candidate will thrive in an energetic environment with creative peers and excel at building relationships across departments and with clients. You will have opportunities to mentor other designers and work alongside Design Directors to help the team flourish both culturally and creatively.
Responsibilities
Conceive and create design solutions for a wide variety of projects and clientsDevelop concepts in collaboration with strategists, copywriters, art directors, UX, and creative technologistsCreate assets and interface designs for a variety of applications, devices, and environments, including email templates, banner ads, social media posts, and native app prototypesHeed constructive feedback and strive to deliver better work on each assignmentPush past good ideas to discover great onesMentoring of junior designersRequired Skills
Possess a solid foundation of traditional and digital design approachesAbility to present ideas clearly and with conviction to sell them throughinternally and externallyAbility to gracefully lead multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentCompetency in design & prototyping software such as Figma, Mural and the Adobe Creative Suite of applicationsPossess the understanding to ensure that a visual design communicates and functions successfully for varying technical specificationsFamiliarity with development practices and the ability to communicate effectively with developers and creative technologistsQualifications
Bachelor's degree in related field and/or ad school credentials or equivalent industry experience4 or more years of creative agency experienceFamiliarity with IAB ad specificationsFamiliarity with social media creative best practices in a performance marketing environmentFamiliarity with WCAG 2.1 accessibility guidelinesProficient in modern interactive design tools (Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, Adobe CC)Exceptional portfolio with demonstrated versatility across all mediaAbility to travel as needed
