• Running the sprint ceremonies and guiding the team members during the sprint ceremonies to make sure the objectives of the ceremonies are achieved• Identify opportunities for resistance and coach/navigate the team members accordingly• Help with removing impediments that the team is facing• Coach and lead the team by exercising best practices that: Agile methodology and our Agile CoE prescribes• Collect and report Agile metrics on a monthly basis• Contribute to running Agile Community of Practices along with our Enterprise Agile Coaches
